Indiana Toll Road Scam Alert

Scammers are sending fraudulent text messages and making phone calls pretending to be representatives from the Indiana Toll Road. These messages claim that you have an unpaid toll balance and request immediate payment. Please be advised:

  • The Indiana Toll Road does NOT send text messages or make phone calls requesting toll payments.

  • Any request for payment via text or phone call is fraudulent and should be ignored.

  • Do not provide personal or financial information in response to these messages.

  • If you receive such a message, report it to the Indiana Toll Road Customer Service Center and the Indiana Attorney General’s Office.

How to Protect Yourself

  • Verify directly with the Indiana Toll Road by visiting their official website or contacting their customer service.

  • Never click on suspicious links or provide sensitive information via phone or text.

  • Be wary of urgent payment requests. Scammers use pressure tactics to trick victims into quick payments.

  • Monitor your financial accounts for unauthorized transactions.

At Guenin Law Office, we want to make sure you stay informed and protect yourself from scams!
