Rush to serve on the Indiana Supreme Court Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure — one of the most influential bodies in shaping how courts operate throughout the State of Indiana.
The Committee is responsible for reviewing and recommending changes to the Indiana Rules of Trial Procedure, Appellate Procedure, Evidence, Criminal Procedure, and other procedural rules that govern the day-to-day administration of justice in Indiana courts.
