Santa tripping and falling

‘Twas late Christmas Eve, cold, icy, and gray,

When Santa was rushing to finish his day.

But as he landed his sleigh on a roof made of tin,

He slipped on the shingles — and twisted his shin!

“Oh ho, not again!” old Saint Nick cried in pain,

“My reindeer took off — and I’m stuck in the rain!”

So down from the chimney, with soot in his hair,

He hobbled to town — for some legal repair.

He opened the door to a warm office hall,

With a sign that read proudly: Guenin Law.

Inside sat Mark, with a file and a grin,

Saying, “Santa, don’t worry — we’ll get you a win!”

Emily took notes with a calm, steady hand,

She’d seen lots of slip-and-falls across the land.

“Was there warning or signage? Anyone witness who saw?”

Santa replied, “Just an elf with footage — called SantaCam Raw!”

Then Tuesday brought cocoa and offered a chair,

She said, “We’ll fix you right up — we truly care.”

They drafted the claim with precision and cheer,

And filed it swiftly before the new year.

The judge ruled in favor — the verdict was grand,

Santa got coverage (and a sling for his hand).

He smiled as he left with a hearty “Ho-ho!”

“Next year, I’ll watch for that roof ice and snow.”

So if you slip, trip, or tumble this season of cheer,

Remember who Santa called on last year.

With the elves by his side and his reindeer in awe,

He found friendly help right here — at Guenin Law.
